Bewertung: Ich war rundum zufrieden – besser hätte mein Aufenthalt nicht sein können! Schon beim Ankommen wurde ich herzlich empfangen: Am Eingang steht stets ein freundlicher Portier, der die Autotür öffnet – ein kleiner, aber sehr angenehmer Service, der sofort einen positiven Eindruck hinterlässt. Das gesamte Hotel ist äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Mein Zimmer war in einwandfreiem Zustand, modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war fantastisch – vielfältig, frisch und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. *** merkt, dass hier echte Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird – jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Der Pool ist sehr schön gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich auch das hervorragend ausgestattete Fitnessstudio – modern, sauber und mit allem, was *** braucht. Ich kann diesen Aufenthalt nur als absolut gelungen bezeichnen – von Anfang bis Ende perfekt. 6 von 5 Sternen!

I had a pleasant stay at the Novotel. It is located in the Old Delhi region, but not too far from the main part of Connaught Place where you will find many high street shops and bars/restaurants. The hotel itself is very new and not 100% finished. However, it was very clean and modern and the staff were superb throughout. They catered for my every needs and went above & beyond my requirements. Once the work is fully complete, then this hotel is a perfect place for anyone visiting New Delhi. Also, a quick mention to the chef, Sachin. He made me a perfect butter chicken curry, even though it wasn’t on the menu itself.

We couldn't sleep all night in the hotel because of the noise which made us very tired, and we were not treated in an ideal manner لم نستطع النوم طيلة الليالي في الفندق من الازعاج والذي تسبب لنا بالتعب الشديد، ولم يتم التعامل معنا بشكل المثالي
